GoFoodSafe provides in-person ServSafe Manager Certification for restaurants, schools, ski resorts, and foodservice teams across Truckee–Tahoe–Reno. Training is available in English or Spanish, with flexible scheduling and the ServSafe Manager exam included for individuals and groups. Trusted ServSafe training.
Certified ServSafe Instructor & Registered Proctor, I lead engaging, practical certification sessions. My goal is to help teams understand and apply food safety best practices — not just pass the test.
Whether you’re renewing certifications or onboarding new staff, I deliver clear, accessible instruction tailored to your group’s experience level, schedule, and operation.
I offer ServSafe classes in English and in Spanish, with each session taught in one language at a time to keep things clear and focused.
For bilingual teams, a two-day format often works well — for example, Day 1 in English and Day 2 in Spanish. I’ve used this approach successfully with school districts and large teams, but I’m flexible and happy to adjust to what works best for your staff.
ServSafe is a nationally recognized food safety training and certification program, and is often required for managers and supervisors in foodservice operations.
Think of it as the DMV of food safety — official, standardized, and necessary for many leadership roles in kitchens and foodservice.
